This tutu was created for the "Green is the New Black" Fashion Show. The top layer and base are made from a pair of blue jeans with a layer of leather and layers of off-white tulle. NFS but I can make you one like it.
Megan rockin' the Cowgrrl Tutu
My most popular design. I have made three of these now in a variety of configurations. They are made from upcycled work pants. This tutu is made durably as it is a utility garment. Plenty of pockets and loops to hold tools and other items. Canvas top layer and base with layers of tulle between. Suspenders are extra.
Johns tutu is made from upcycled Carhart pants and has leather suspenders. I added several pockets as he works in it at Burning Man.
One of a kind utilitutu has lots of pockets and is made from upcycled carharts. All the original pockets and sippers of the pant base are functional.
Skunk in South Africa
Skunks Tutu is made from soft black flannel, both base and top layer. Lots of black tulle to give it loft. I added a skunk tail made from faux fur and flannel. Skunk is at the 2015 South Africa Burn in this photo.
Alice picked Terracotta raw silk that is Harlequin piped for her top layer. I picked the royal blue tulle and fleece leopard print elastic waistband base. A match made for Burning Man 2015 Carnival of Mirrors theme heaven!
Kari's tie dye tutu
This custom tie dyed tutu is made from upcycled cotton pants. All zippers and pockets on pant base are functional. Orange tulle and purple/white faux fur trim on base layer.
Layers of tea dyed lace and tulle, a linen ruffle and khaki galore!
Mariah's Ranger Tutu
This tutu is made from durable cotton duck pants. It has extra pockets and loops for tools and radio. Mariah wears her tutu at Burning Man for Ranger duty. It has a gold paint BM Ranger logo on the front panel.
Mariahs Ranger Tutu
Mariah asked me to make her a tutu that is elegant, modest, and durable for Burning Man. She is a Ranger and they wear all Khaki clothing. This tutu has layers and layers of tea dyed lace and tulle with a little linen ruffle to make it a tsd bit longer to cover fanny when she bends over or crouches.
Adding a logo to any tutu increases the cost.
Natashas Flannel Tutu
This Tutu is made from flannel jammies and is oh-so-commfy. there is a minimum of tulle and a maximum of soft curtain fabric. You could sleep in this one.
Packing Material Tutu
Another tutu made for "Green is the New Black" Fashion Show. bubble wrap, foam, USPS tape, and veggie bags unite for a floating recycled wonder. This Tutu is available to someone who knows how to be careful. The foam is fragile and hand sewn. Wonderful for special Eco events!
Utilitutu for John
David models Johns tutu for me on a beautiful spring day.
Hippie Girl Rainbow Tutu
Sara picked these fabrics and cerulean blue, velour sweat pant base. I added two top layer pockets in addition to the two front packets in the base layer. A drawstring/ stretchy waistband makes this a very comfy garmet. An "Extra Extra Fancy" patch finishes off the fun look of this tutu.

Yellow tulle and Cerulean blue velour compliment the silky rainbow fabric of this one of a kind tutu.
White Sparkle Rainbow Burst Tutu
I made this tutu with a shiny, sparkly "rhinestone" studded white fabric top and white tulle. There are two bursts of rainbow color on each side and a rainbow woven faux belt decorating the front of the white sweat pant base. There are no pockets on this tutu.

The top layer of this tutu really floats with a bodies movement creating a distinct flounce when waking or dancing in it.
